A Manor-founded clinic serving Black men’s health needs took home two national business awards earlier this summer, recognition its founders said reflects a broader mission to fix how people experience healthcare.
The Black Men’s Health Clinic, founded by fatherand- son doctors Larry Wallace Sr. and Larry Wallace Jr., received a silver award for Veteran- Owned Business of the Year and a bronze for Thought Leader of the Year at the 2026 American Business Awards in New York City. The honors were presented by the Stevie Awards, which attendees referred to as the “Oscars of business.”
“This recognition validates what our work has shown in real communities — access alone is not enough if people are still left to navigate disconnected systems by themselves,” Wallace Sr. said in a statement.
