Nineteen Wildcats received all-district honors after helping rebuild a foundation for Elgin football this year.
Elgin’s strong showing on the 2025-26 list includes six players named first team, eight earning second team and five receiving honorable mentions. Wyatt Cooper also claimed special teams co-MVP recognition.
The Wildcats finished the year 2-8 overall and 2-5 in district play. Their season ended Nov. 7 with a 63-14 win over the Navarro Vikings.
