Amy Miller recently receives the Community Builder Award from the Elgin Masonic Lodge for her 28 years of dedicated service to the city. According to the lodge, Miller has been instrumental in local revitalization efforts, including her leadership in the Elgin Main Street Program, sidewalk improvements and downtown infrastructure projects. The award serves as a testament to her enduring legacy and impact on Elgin, officials said.
