Rehab royalty, new dementia unit opens

Elgin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center crowns Mr. Shibley and Ms. Dube as its Valentine’s Day King and Queen, celebrating with residents, staff and families. The center also commemorates the grand opening of its new Secure Memory Support Unit Feb. 19, designed to help its growing number of Alzheimer’s and dementia residents.
