Another semi-truck accident closed U.S. 290 last Tuesday.On March 14, at 8:45 a.m., an 18-wheeler overturned on U.S. 290 eastbound at the intersection with Saratoga Farms across the road from Texas 95. The scene cleared in a little over two hours.“We had an 18-wheeler hauling a metal connex box,” said Commander Aaron Crim. “There were no injuries.”The freightliner was the only vehicle involved.
