Watercolor and acrylic works by the late EC “Bess” Sullivan on display at LoFi Coffee in downtown Elgin. The exhibit, organized by LoFi owner and Elgin Arts Association Secretary Ashley Dahlke, features Sullivan’s commissioned and personal pieces, including scenes of children, wildlife and cultural imagery. Sullivan, a former EAA treasurer, is remembered for her mentorship and vibrant contributions to the local arts community. Her display will remain up for four to six weeks, according to Dahlke.
