Elgin’s most dedicated Hogeye Festival attendees keep the city’s celebration of swine going after dark last weekend. The 38th annual gathering again drew in thousands from across Central Texas and beyond for a taste of Elgin’s unique character. Pork aficionados were met with an array of crackling smokers as classic cars strolled down Main Street.
