Local and state firefighters have reportedly stopped the forward progress of the Hole 18 Fire.
The blaze, near Hyatt Lost Pines Road and Pope Bend Road, remains at roughly 15 acres and is about 60% contained according to latest reports.
No structures have been lost or threatened, and no injuries have been reported.
Fire crews continue mop-up operations and ask residents to avoid the area while containment work continues.
