Two standout Elgin service industry professionals recently earned a trip to Las Vegas after being recognized for outstanding performance and leadership.
Nicole Ramirez, general manager of the Elgin Pizza Hut, and Elgin resident Cindy Arocha, general manager of the Manor location, were both named All-Americans — a designation reserved for top-performing managers across the company nationwide.
Ramirez said her connection to the Elgin community has been a cornerstone of her success.
“I have had an amazing relationship with the community — becoming a Chamber member, fundraising for Relay for Life, organizing contests for kids,” she said. “Elgin has been my home for my whole life, and being a part of it has been a huge success for me.”
Ramirez has worked for Pizza Hut for seven and a half years and has received the All-American honor four times. Arocha, her longtime mentor, has also been recognized four times and celebrated 15 years with the company in April.
“All Americans are the best of the best,” company representatives said. “They provide excellent customer experiences and often engage with their communities through events, sponsorships and charitable initiatives — contributing to the people who reside in their neighborhoods.”
In addition to the All-American recognition, Ramirez was named Manager of the Year for 2024, received a marketing award and led the Elgin location to achieve million-dollar sales for the year.
