Paul Edward Black, 54, of Austin, passed away Sunday, Jan. 29, 2023. Family and friends will gather for a visitation, at Elgin Funeral Home on Thursday, Feb. 9, from 6 until 8 p.m. A home-going celebration will be conducted at Elgin Funeral Home Friday, Feb. 10, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Raymond Mays Sr. presiding and the Rev. L.R. Wilson giving the eulogy. Interment will follow at the Taylor City Cemetery. Arrangements and care entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home.
