The Bastrop Chamber of Commerce welcomed a new eco-friendly home décor and art studio to the community April 5. Ben and Faith Benitez cut the ceremonial ribbon for Horsemen Co., a store “founded on a love for art and function,” according to the team. The brick-and-mortar location at 601 Chestnut St. sports a near-zero waste policy, turning excess wood from plant hangers into art pieces, and using saw dust as mulch.
