BASTROP — Seth Thomas Robertson, 61, was charged with attempt to commit capital murder and remains in the Bastrop County Jail in lieu of posting a $1 million bond.
Robertson was involved in a shootout with sheriff’s deputies, Dec. 23, where he was struck with rifle shots after firing upon them several times, according to the Bastrop County Sheriff’s Office.
