Family and friends will gather for visitation at Elgin Funeral Home Saturday, July 19, from 1 to 2 p.m., followed by a celebration of JoNell’s life.

She will be laid to rest at Elgin Cemetery.

Arrangements and care are entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home, 712 N. Avenue C in Elgin.
