Charlie will lie in state at Elgin Funeral Home Friday, Oct. 4, from 2 to 6 p.m.

Family and friends will gather for a home-going celebration at Elgin Funeral Home Saturday, Oct. 5, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Colorado Chapel Cemetery.

Arrangements and care are entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home, 712 N. Avenue C in Elgin.
