She will lie in-state from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday, June 28, at Elgin Funeral Home. A home-going celebration will be held Saturday, June 29, at 11 a.m. at Winns Memorial Missionary Baptist Church of Elgin with Reverend Townsend presiding.

Inurnment will be private.
