Family and friends gathered for visitation from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, May 31, at Elgin Funeral Home, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 p.m.

A celebration of Christian funeral Mass was conducted Saturday, June 1, at 12:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic of Elgin, with Father Paul presiding.

Interment followed at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
