A visitation will be held on from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday May 15, at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home Chapel.

A celebration of life services will be held Thursday May 16, at 2 p.m. at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow immediately after the service at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
