She is survived by her husband, Randy.

Family and Friends will gather for visitation from 1-2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, at Broussard’s Mortuary of Silsbee.

A celebration of Jan’s Life will follow at 2 p.m. with Reverend Branon Pippen Presiding.

She will be laid to rest at the R.S. Farmer Memorial Cemetery of Silsbee.
