Herman Gene Black, Jr., 54, of Georgetown, passed away suddenly, Monday, Nov. 13, 2023.
Family and friends will gather for visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, at Elgin Funeral Home. A home-going celebration will be conducted Tuesday, Nov. 21, at 11 a.m. at Elgin Funeral Home, with The Reverend L.R. Wilson presiding.
