He will lie in state from noon to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 6, at Elgin Funeral Home. A home-going celebration will be conducted Saturday, Oct. 7, at 11 a.m. at Elgin Funeral Home, with Reverend Norris Eason presiding. Interment will follow at Littig Cemetery.
