Frank G. Rosales, 50, of Bastrop, passed away Wednesday morning, June 7, 2023. He will lie in state Tuesday, June 13 from 1 to 5 p.m. at Elgin Funeral Home with the Holy Rosary recitation at 3 p.m. Inurnment will be private.
