Clarisa Milligan, 65, of Austin, passed away early Saturday morning, June 3, 2023. She will lie in state Friday, June 16, from noon to 5 p.m. at Elgin Funeral Home.
A home going celebration will be held at 10 a.m. at Park Springs Missionary Baptist Church of Manor with Pastor Adolphus Anderson presiding. Interment will follow at Park Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
