It is with great respect and solemnity that we announce the peaceful passing of Ilene McAdams, of Cedar Creek, Texas, on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025, at the age of 101.
Family and friends gathered for visitation and a celebration of Ilene’s life at Elgin Funeral Home Monday, Dec. 8. Interment followed at Walnut Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Austin.
Arrangements and care are entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home, 712 N. Avenue C in Elgin.
