Rose “Penny” Marion Bradford, 60, of Bastrop, Texas, passed away Monday, Oct. 27, 2025.

Friends and family will gather for visitation at Elgin Funeral Home Monday, Nov. 11, from noon to 2 p.m. A celebration of life will follow.

Interment will be private.
