Family and friends will gather for visitation at Elgin Funeral Home Friday, Nov. 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. A homegoing celebration will be held at St. Peter’s Baptist Church of Victoria Nov. 8 at 2 p.m., followed by interment at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery of Victoria.
