Family and friends gathered for visitation and recitation of the Holy Rosary at Elgin Funeral Home Oct. 17. A celebration of Christian funeral Mass was conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Elgin Oct. 18 with the Rev. Paul presiding. Christian burial followed at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
