Jowel Alberto Wallace Jr., 18, of Elgin, Texas, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025.
A celebration of Jowel’s life will be conducted at First Baptist Church of Elgin Friday, Oct. 17, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Bastrop.
Arrangements and care are entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home, 712 N. Avenue C in Elgin.
