Family and friends gathered for a visitation at Elgin Funeral Home Tuesday, April 4, from 6 until 8 p.m. A graveside service will be conducted at Bartlett Cemetery on Wednesday, April 5, at 10 a.m. with Pastor Bubba Fowler presiding. Military honors will be rendered at the cemetery.
