Family and friends gathered for visitation and the recitation of the Holy Rosary Sept. 15 at Elgin Funeral Home. A celebration of Christian funeral Mass was conducted Sept. 16 at St. Joseph Catholic Church of Manor, with the Rev. Henry presiding.

A Christian burial followed at Fairview Cemetery of Bastrop.
