Reverend Otis Lee Banks, Sr., 82, of Elgin, passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday morning, May 17, 2023. Family and friends will gather for a visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 26, at Elgin Funeral Home. A home going celebration will be held Saturday, May 27, at 11 a.m. at Elgin Funeral Home with Pastor Lee Yarborough delivering the Eulogy.
