Carol Higgins, age 75, of Bastrop, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2023.
A home-going celebration will be conducted Saturday, Aug. 19, at noon at the Providence District Primitive Baptist Tabernacle with the Reverend Winn presiding.
Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery of Bastrop.
