Career night was an event that took place at Elgin Elementary where the school invited students to meet adults with interesting careers. Some of those careers included a civil engineer and a therapist.Students learned civil engineers design and build bridges. Mr. Wehrle (Ms. Wehrle’s brother) is a civil engineer who went to the University of Texas at Austin, and he taught students that everything has a stamp to keep things safe.The IPC therapist taught students that you get to play in this career and help people.
