Mell V. Waters

Mell V. Waters, 85, of Elgin, passed away Tuesday evening, March 14, 2023.  

She will lie in state Monday, March 20, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Elgin Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 21, at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Elgin, with Pastor Jason Huddleston presiding.  Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
