Kelilah Arabella Brooks, Infant, of Elgin, passed away Saturday morning, March 4, 2023.
Family and friends will gather for a visitation at Elgin Funeral Home on Friday, March 10, from 1 until 2 p.m. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Chris Smith presiding. Interment will follow at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
