Raymond Arthur Anderson, 70, of Austin, passed away Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 22, 2023.
He will lie in state at Elgin Funeral Home Friday, March 3, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.
A home going celebration will be conducted at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Edwin Blackman presiding. Interment will follow at Taylor Cemetery.
