The Elgin Garden Club has selected the home of Brad Jones, 111 Anderson Drive, as September’s Yard of the Month. Jones redesigned the front yard beds with a variety of evergreen shrubs, topiaries and spirals, crape myrtles and white drift roses, with licorice plants adding color and landscape lighting to accent the plantings.
