Ysidro Garza

Ysidro Garza was born May 15, 1964, in Taylor, to parents Domingo B. Garza and Beatriz G. Nunez. He was called home July 1, 2023, at the age of 59.

He was married to the love of his life, Ernestine Reyna. He was a gifted Handyman who could do anything!

He loved to play guitar, read his Bible and spend time with family and friends. He was an amazing man who taught us all so much.

Ysidro is predeceased in death by his father, Domingo B. Garza; and brother, Henry Garza.

Ysidro is survived by his mother, Beatriz G. Nunez; wife, Ernestine Reyna; and children, Toni Medina and husband Keith, Beatriz Garza, Alison Garza, Ysidro Michael Garza and Melissa Garcia. He is also survived by his siblings, Johnny Garza, David Garza and wife Brenda, Cruzita Garza, Marina Reyna and husband Joe, Dima Alvarez, Bertha Howard, Yoli Milam and husband Shanon; and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A service will be held July 17, at 6 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Elgin.
