Construction continues throughout Elgin ISDElgin Independent School District has developed a schedule for one of the new elementary schools to be constructed through the voter-approved bond referendum of 2021.The new school, aptly referred to as Elgin ISD Elementary Number 5, is set to begin development in early spring of next year.
