An eight-run third inning was more than enough for the Elgin Wildcats to take down Pflugerville Weiss last Friday 12-4.
With the game knotted at 2-2 heading into the third inning, Elgin grabbed the lead and never looked back. Elgin added eight runs before the first out of the inning.
