Elgin Arts Association's Pearls Before Swine Art Show highlighted 98 pieces of art this year by 45 artists from around the country.The variety of two and three-dimensional entries ranged from acrylics, oils, watercolor, mixed media, collage, digital, rug hooking, jewelry, metal works and photography.
