The Elgin Wildcats basketball team could not get a win during the holiday break, losing to the Crusaders at St. Michaels and the Belton Tigers at home
In Monday’s game, Elgin lost to the St. Michaels Crusaders 57-42. In the first quarter, the Crusaders jumped ahead 14-5 and each team scored 13 points in the second quarter. St. Michaels outscored Elgin in the third quarter and went on to win the game 57-42.
