Tigers carry momentous win into playoffs

​On Nov. 3, The Smithville Tigers traveled to take on the Caldwell Hornets and left with a 21-14 victory. ​The win improved the Tigers’ record to 4-6 overall and 3-2 in district play, securing their place as district runners-up. ​A few big runs by Ramonz Adams and Chrishaun Haywood put the Tigers in scoring position early in the second quarter.
