Sheryl Lynn Arbuckle Green passed away Aug. 25, at the age of 65.Sheryl was born Feb. 1, 1957, in Taylor to La Verne and Ray Arbuckle Jr. She was a Daddy’s girl and when she was 8 years old her parents brought home her baby brother, Russell, whom she lovingly wanted returned to the hospital.Sheryl had a love of the outdoors and all animals from an early age. Growing up in Elgin, she could be found spending time with her horse, Cactus; her dog, Butchie; writing stories and celebrating just about anything with her dear friends. After school on Fridays, they would typically go to Lundgren’s Café for the best French fries ever.Sheryl had a ...
