Elmer L. "Buddy" Nelson, Jr. died in McKinney, Texas on December 3. Buddy was born on December 15, 1935 in Taylor, Texas to Elmer L. Nelson, Sr. and Erna Schroeder. He studied business at the University of Texas where he was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. He was a top salesman at Omega Watches and SB&T Jewelry for 25 years, respectively. Buddy will be remembered by all for his uproarious, rowdy, and larger than life personality.
