Cynthia Hornsby Green, 54, of Elgin, passed away, surrounded by her family, Friday morning, December 17, 2021. Family and Friends will gather for Visitation at Elgin Funeral Home, Sunday, January 2nd from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Weeping Willow Missionary Baptist Church of McDade, Monday, January 3rd at 11:00 AM with the Reverend, Justin Green presiding. Interment will follow at Sayers Cemetery. Arrangements and care are entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home.
