He worked hard as a carpenter, welder, and truckdriver throughout his life. Cecil was a Beloved Son, Dad, and Papa.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Garret Sumner.

Cecil is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Bloch and her husband, Brian; son, William “Ed” Sumner and his wife, Angela; step-children: Rodney, Randal, Connie, and Kim; grandchildren: R.J., Brittany, Mitchell, Amanda, Briana, Zechariah, Daniel, Elizabeth, Stephan, Benjamin, Bailey, and Emily. He is also survived by great grandchildren: William, Jacob, and Rosalyn, as well as a host of other family members and friends.

“A special thank you to Jerry Doyle and Gus Bali for always being there for dad.”
