Two people have been arrested in connection with a body found last week in a field between Manor and Elgin. On July 31, Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services and the Round Rock Police Department (RRPD) responded to a body found in a field at the 14000 block of FM 1100, located in the Kimbro area west of Elgin.
