The official vote counts are in for the Elgin ISD bond election, confirming that two of the three propositions were approved by voters.After all votes were counted, including any provisional ballots and mail-in ballots that arrived after Election Day, Propositions A and C officially passed, with the gap between for and against for Proposition C widening from 18 to 25 votes.
