Now that the polls have closed, the results from early voting have been released for today’s local elections. Around 7 p.m., the Bastrop County Elections Department released the first batch of votes for the city council and school board races in this year’s spring elections. The full unofficial results, which will include day-of voting, should be available later this evening.
