Early voting for the November General Election has begun, and you can drive or get a free ride to your polling place.The Capital Area Rural Transportation System and other Texas transit providers, taxis and ride share services are offering free rides for voters during early voting through Nov. 4 and on Election Day, Nov. 8.Early voting locations are as follows:• Elgin — Elgin Recreation Center, 361 N.
